Tatyana Kashubskaya, EA, CEO
Tatyana Kashubskaya is the founder of Accounting and Tax Solutions. Prior to founding ATS in 2001, Tatyana worked at Highland Community college Human Resources Department as office assistant, later she worked for large tax and accounting firm as tax preparer. Then she worked as head accountant and financial manager at reputable construction company. All together she has over 18 years of experience working with individuals, as well as small and large businesses assisting them with their financial, accounting, and tax needs. Earning clients trust by doing outstanding work, ATS has steadily grown into the thriving business it is today.

Tatyana earned Bachelors in Accounting in 2005 and holds an enrolled agent (EA) license. She is sure to stay up to date on the latest tax ruling and regulations by attending semi-annual IRS conferences, tax professional monthly meetings and seminars to provide you or your company the most up-to-date information. Tatyana is an active member of Washington State Tax Consultants (WSTC) and National Tax Professional Society (NTPS.)

Igor Kashubskiy
Igor is Tatyana’s husband and managing partner in business. He has been with the firm full-time since 2016. Igor joined ATS after 15 years of being a successful small business owner where he learned the ins and outs of running a company. Now, he specializes in payroll, federal payroll tax reporting, state excise tax reporting and small business accounting. Away from the office Igor is talented musician and founder of a music band.
